Our group classes here at Full Steam focus on functional movements such as squats, push-ups, and pull-ups – as well as plyometrics, kettlebell swings, and Olympic lifts. Each day of our class programming works together to improve your strength and endurance levels while helping build lean muscle mass. We also incorporate cardiovascular exercises into our program for those looking for more cardio-focused workouts. Our aerobic capacity days include rowing machines, running drills, and other high-intensity interval training activities during class time too!
