In addition to the community you’ll experience in class, our nutrition coaching sessions teach you how to fuel your body properly through healthy eating habits. Our nutrition coaching is tailored to meet each individual’s specific needs and goals, with personalized guidance from our coaches on how best to fuel your body for optimal performance and long-term success. The nutrition program we offer includes advice on food choices, portion sizes, meal timing and more. Our coaches are also available for regular check-ins throughout your time in order to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

We are located right off the Highway, where 153 and Lee Highway. cross. We are across the street from Sportsman's Warehouse in the R and R Plaza. When you first enter the R and R Plaza (Same plaza that has the Army/Navy Recruiting center) we are on the left between the Medical Supply Store and Integrity Staffing. Look at the side of the building!

Coach Jonathan graduated with his B.S. in Exercise science from UTC in 2018. He’s been doing CrossFit since 2015 and coached over 5,000 hours. Helping members reach their fitness goals and discover new skills is why he loves coaching.
