Our Classes

These classes are where you’re going to find and unleash your true athletic potential. In our group classes, you’ll train beside friends who cheer you on and celebrate your successes. If 1-on-1 attention is more your speed, you’ll enjoy the full attention of a trainer that’s 100% focused on your personal journey. Either way, you’ll see great results and have a blast when you sweat with us!

  • CrossFit Group Training Classes

    Come WOD with us in our group CrossFit classes. Our small class sizes (1:15 is our largest ratio) mean you get all the attention you need to progress in your skills and stay safe as you build strength. We start with a warm-up, proceed into strength/skill work and conditioning, and finish up with cool down/mobility. Each day is different, and we scale every WOD to meet your needs and ability.

  • Personal Training for Individuals

    Reach your goals faster in our 1-on-1 personal coaching sessions. You’ll start with a consultation and movement assessment. Then your coach will design a custom program created just for you and your goals. If you only have a little time to work out, personal training is the most efficient way to get you where you want to go.

    Pricing:

    • $50/hour OR $30/half hour
    • Sold in packages of 10
  • Private Group Personal Training

    Got a big wedding, vacation, or group outing coming up where everyone wants to look and feel fabulous? Our private group training is perfect for families or friends who want to get fit together. In a group of up to five people, you’ll start with a consultation and movement assessment, and then your group’s coach will design a program geared to the needs and goals of each group member.

    Pricing:

    • $50/hour for 1st participant
    • $30/hour for 2nd participant
    • $20/hour for each additional participant up to 5 participants
    • Sold in packages of 10
  • Full Steam Fundamentals

    Our Fundamentals class is required of every new CrossFitter. In this class, you’ll learn all the basics of CrossFit, nutrition and CF terminology so you’re prepared to go “full steam” once you join our regular CrossFit classes. Our Fundamentals program consists of 9 classes over 3 weeks and includes a free week of CrossFit classes at the end as our gift to you.
