You'll work 1-on-1 with Dr. Ana Kelly, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Level 2 CrossFit Coach, who brings over six years of coaching experience. Whether you want to lift heavier, return to your sport, or move pain-free, we prioritize optimizing your function—not just managing pain.
We are a cash-based practice, meaning we do not bill insurance. This allows us to provide high-quality, personalized care without the limitations of insurance restrictions.
