At Full Steam CrossFit , we’ve developed a program that is proven to get where you want to be. The only expectation is only that you show up, have fun and put in the work.

Our Story

Our founder had a life-changing experience using the concepts we teach and share with you here at Full Steam CrossFit. Our mission is to use our teams experience to guide you on your journey. We’ve developed our programs based on years of experience and helping hundreds of locals in our city learn proper movement, get results, and gain confidence.

Jordan Core

Owner and Director of Coaching

Coach Jordan has worked in the fitness industry for over a decade and has accumlated over 10,000 hours of coaching time. He is passionate about providing the highest possible health and fitness education to all who come through Full Steam CrossFit’s doors!

Jonathan Prieto

Manager and Head Coach

Coach Jonathan graduated with his B.S. in Exercise science from UTC in 2018. He’s been doing CrossFit since 2015 and coached over 5,000 hours. Helping members reach their fitness goals and discover new skills is why he loves coaching.

Meghan Urevick

I grew up playing competitive soccer for 13 years and was influenced by the leadership and oversight of my coaches. They poured into me as an athlete, and challenged me to be better. Fast forward, and I knew within 6 months of finding CrossFit that I wanted to be a coach; it was just a matter of timing. Meeting members where they are at, having a thorough understanding of their goals (and WHY) and helping them take a forward step in their health and fitness is why I coach. This process is just as rewarding for me as I hope it is for them.

Coach Mac has been coaching cheerleading and gymnastics for over 7 years. When he stopped cheerleading at UTC, he found CrossFit at FullSteam and fell in love with the day to day fitness and camaraderie. He loves to have fun while working out and coaching while working hard, his goal is to have you leave the gym feeling better than when you came in!

Mechanical Engineer who’d rather be coaching, I’ve been coaching for almost 4 years. I found Crossfit through my younger brother. He was in great shape and I was a couch potatoe. I wanted to be able to enjoy my kids so I joined a box in 2016. I love seeing people do things they didn’t think they could.

Ana Kelly

COACH

My name is Ana Kelly, I have been an avid athlete since birth… but no really! I played soccer, dabbled in gymnastics, and religiously rock climbed prior to starting CrossFit.  I am the type of person that enjoys a challenge so naturally, Crossfit, and I quickly became the best of friends.  I decided that I wanted to coach because I enjoy analyzing movement and applying the exercise science principles into the Crossfit methodology. I think that it’s an extremely powerful thing to give someone the ability to perform tasks that they never thought they could do, all while becoming a healthy human. I believe in this methodology so much that is helped drive me to become a physical therapist and has influenced the way I look at patient rehab.

We are located right off the Highway, where 153 and Lee Highway. cross. We are across the street from Sportsman's Warehouse in the R and R Plaza. When you first enter the R and R Plaza (Same plaza that has the Army/Navy Recruiting center) we are on the left between the Medical Supply Store and Integrity Staffing. Look at the side of the building!
